What is the difference between a "translation" and a "manuscript"?
In search results, if a document is indicated as being a "manuscript", this simply means that the translation was not translated in-house, has not yet been reviewed in-house and thus has not been published as an "official" DIN Standard. This does not necessarily reflect upon the quality of the translation.
Please note, however, that in some cases graphic material may be omitted for technical reasons, and that the text has not been formatted for publication.
