Abstract: This guideline describes the calculation of the energy demand of buildings and rooms whose conditions should be met and which therefore must be supplied with or dissipated of energy and materials. The material demands will be treated similarly to energy demands. The guideline takes into account both radiation, transmission and ventilation processes. Influences of energy transfers to the room, technical equipment, energy supply and conversion are not subject of the guideline. The calculation basis is a defined set of weather data.
