Abstract: In this guideline, evaluation criteria for the sustainability of building services are provided. The criteria are applicable to all trades of building services. Evaluating the technical quality of the TGA will be treated separately from usage requirements. It's only about the valuation of the plant itself, not to evaluate the impact on the use and operation of the facilities. Compliance with the usage requirements is provided in the evaluation.
