Abstract: The document deals with the calculation of the economic efficiency of building installations. It applies to all types of building. Since calculation of the power requirements is carried out in stages, the guideline is currently subdivided into a total of 18 sections. Part 1 gives an overview of the entire VDI 2067. The fundamental principles and terminology are explained in the part. The standards and guidelines which apply to the respective calculations, and special terminology, are presented in the individual parts. Part 1 also applies to the economic calculation for building installations.
