This standard describes epichlorohydrin dimethylamine (EPI-DMA) polyamines for use in the treatment of potable water, wastewater, and reclaimed water supply service applications. Major changes made to the standard in this revision include the following: requirement that suppliers provide product technical data sheets along with SDSs (aka MSDSs); requirement that product technical data sheets contain specific information; improved guidance on establishing purchasing specifications; and inclusion of a requirement for tamper-evident packaging (Sec. 6.2).
