By means of the described evaluation analysis of conveyor systems, unscheduled failure times can be minimised by transferring them into scheduled shutdowns and thus increase the availability factor of the plant. Based on the results of the evaluation analysis of conveyor systems, the operator can initiate systematic measures to minimise weaknesses and fix occurring failures effectively, and in a short time, whereby an improvement in the operating result can be achieved.
