Here you will find helpful information on your customer data (password, login data, invoice and company addresses).
In this case click on “log in” and then on “Forgot password?”.
If you have forgotten your user name or your address has changed, please email us at: email@example.com
You can also request a new password by entering your email address.
If you have multiple accounts with different customer numbers, you will receive an error message saying “We do not know which account this email address refers to”. In this case, please contact our International Customer Service team.
If you already have an account you can change your password and online name (alias) yourself, under “Edit customer profile”.
After you have registered, you will receive an email from us from the email address firstname.lastname@example.org, containing your new login details.
If you can’t find this email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
If this does not help, please contact us.
You can either enter your invoice address when you register for the account or when you place your first order. If your invoice address changes after this, please send an email to International Customer Service and quote your customer number.
If your invoicing address is different to your delivery address and you realise this whilst placing an order, you can inform us of this in the “Note to Beuth sales department” section, if not by any other method.
We will be happy to send your invoice to you in the post with your order. If you wish to receive your invoice separate to the order itself, we charge a fee of €2.00 . Alternatively, you can opt to receive your invoice electronically. You can find more information about that here: Electronic invoicing
Separate comments about an order, such as an internal account number of orderer, can be added under “Add order comment (optional)” when you place your order. This will then also be printed on the order slip.
