However, identifying the right value drivers is essential for the development of a valid model and thus also for an improvement of commercial and economical potentials. To support users, the standard includes proposals for value drivers and filters, i.e. for the analysis criteria for standard material groups. All proposals made here are based on the practical experience of experts. However, this standard is not a substitute for comprehensive identification of value drivers. It assists users in developing a reliable model.
