The influence of scattering parameters (e.g. flow curve, sheet thickness) as well as the change of boundary conditions (e.g. edge radii, blankholder forces) are only selectively investigated in forming simulation today. Here, stochastic simulation offers enormous potential to determine the sensitivity of parameters and to investigate process robustness. This standard provides potential users with an introduction to the topics of sensitivity analysis and robustness evaluation.
