Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Peter Buck ist seit 1994 Inhaber des Ingenieurbüros pb. Nach einer Ausbildung zum Mechaniker und einem anschließenden Maschinenbaustudium gründete er das Ingenieurbüro.
Schwerpunkte der Tätigkeiten bilden das Erstellen von Risikobeurteilungen und Betriebsanleitungen für alle Sparten des Maschinenbaus. Ergänzt werden diese Tätigkeiten durch individuelles Coaching zum CE-Prozess.
Ehrenamtlich engagiert er sich als stellvertretender Vorsitzender der Themengruppe Produktkonformität des Ausschusses Normpraxis (ANP-TGP) und als stellvertretender Vorsitzender des ANP-Stuttgart.
