Seit 2011 bietet Herr Neumüller erst als Einzelunternehmen und später als Geschäftsführer der ICON Services GmbH sein Know-how als Unternehmensberater, Coach und Referent für die Optimierung von Asset Management und Instandhaltung an.
Ab 2006 war Herr Neumüller in verschiedenen Führungspositionen für Siemens AG tätig, u.a. ICH-Manager und Servicestützpunktleiter. Anschließend erfolgte der Wechsel ins Headquater als internationaler Consultant für Industrie- und Infrastrukturprojekte mit Schwerpunkt Instandhaltung und Outsourcing.
