Lines for fire-brigades are lines which have been manufactured for special purposes of the fire brigade. They are used by fire fighters for rescue of persons, for self-rescue and self-securing. They are also used for transporting and securing equipment. Lines for fire-brigades are not fall protection devices for the purposes of DIN EN 354.
