Overview

This standard specifies the installation and connection dimensions for modular rail guides with flat cages. This linear rolling guide unit consists of two flat rails with the same or complementary shaped cross-section and one or more flat cages with rolling elements. The design of these flat cages is independent of the connecting dimensions and is left to the manufacturer. This standard has been prepared by DIN Standards Committee Rolling Bearings and Plain Bearings (NAWGL), Working Committee NA 118-01-11 AA "Linear-Wälzlager einschließlich Teile und Zubehör" ("Linear motion rolling bearings including parts and supplies ").
