Overview

This European Standard specifies a method for determining the flexural strength (braking resistance) of agglomerated stone flat products under concentrated load. A specimen is placed in the middle of support rollers and loaded in the middle with a bending roll. The load is uniformly increased until the specimen breaks and the breaking load is recorded. There is no DIN working committee for the document, as no interest in this standardization topic has been expressed by the German technical public.
