Overview

This European Standard specifies the constituent materials, the composition and the mix procedure to produce a reference concrete with a prescribed consistency and segregated portion for testing viscosity modifying admixtures as defined in EN 934-2. It also describes how to determine the requirements for the test mix in comparison with the control mix. The responsible national committee is Working Committee NA 005-07-23 AA "Betonzusatzmittel (SpA zu CEN/TC 104/SC 3)" ("Admixtures for concrete (Mirror Committee of CEN/TC 104/SC 3)") at the Building and Civil Engineering Standards Committee (NABau) at DIN.
