DIN EN 61326-2-2:2013-08

In addition to the scope of DIN EN 61326-1 (VDE 0843-20-1):2013, this part of the DIN EN 61326 (VDE 0843-20) standard series specifies more detailed test configurations, operational conditions and performance criteria for equipment covered by Annex A of DIN EN 61326-1 (VDE 0843-20-1):2013 which is used for testing, measuring or monitoring of protective measures in low-voltage distribution systems. Equipment powered by battery and/or from the circuit measured, and portable. Examples of such equipment include, but are not limited to, voltage detectors, insulation testers, earth continuity testers, earth resistance testers, loop impedance testers, "residual-current device-testers" (RCD-testers) and phase sequence testers as defined in the standards of the 61557 series are considered. The manufacturer specifies the environment for which the product is intended to be used and/or select the appropriate test level specifications of DIN EN 61326-1 (VDE 0843-20-1):2013. The responsible committee is DKE/UK 921.3 "Elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit in der Leittechnik" ("Electromagnetic compatibility in process control technology") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
