Part 1 of the DIN EN 62305 standard series provides information on the hazards caused by lightning flashes, types of damage, the necessity of lightning protection and the possible protection measures. In this Corrigendum 1, some values have been corrected in Tables 5 and A.2. The responsible committee is DKE/K 251 "Blitzschutzanlagen und Blitzschutzbauteile" ("Lightning protection systems and lightning protection components") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
