DIN SPEC 20000-202:2016-03

This prestandard specifies application-related requirements for the properties specified in DIN EN 13969, DIN EN 13967, DIN EN 14967 and DIN EN 14909 for the use of flexible sheets for waterproofing in the waterproofing of elements in contact with soil, of indoor applications and of tanks and pools in accordance with DIN 18533, DIN 18534 and DIN 18535 and assigns designations and abbreviations to the products. It applies together with DIN EN 13969, DIN EN 13967 for waterproofing against soil moisture, non-pressing and pressing water, and with DIN EN 14967 and DIN EN 14909 for waterproofing in or under walls (damp proof courses). Clause 5 sets out application-related requirements for the products that are referred to by the building authorities. In addition, Clause 4, Tables 1 to 3, sets out further requirements for courses used in accordance with DIN 18533, DIN 18534 and DIN 18535, in addition to the designation.
