This DIN SPEC describes an IT architecture and process framework for the implementation and management of highly sensitive data in the area of data and information security. This DIN SPEC specifies a process intended to create a high-security environment for the storage of highly sensitive data and to protect it against unauthorized access and hacker attacks from the outside as well as from the inside. The application of this specification facilitates the achievement of PCI certification.
