Short description

This guideline treats the planning of spot sampling measurements of stationary source. The planning of such measurements in the case of diffuse or extended sources requires in part similar considerations, but is not the subject of this guideline. In this guideline those tasks are described in general terms which are to be accomplished in advance of the actual measurement. The measurement can be executed upon completion of the measurement planning phase.
