Users are able to describe problems regarding the indoor air quality, environmental disturbing factors and ventilation conditions. With the help of the standard, comparing the results of the inquiry to results of rooms without known problems regarding the indoor air quality and using the pattern of complaints an assignment to possible causes and targeted measurements can be done. The standard is aimed at experts, authorities and real estate agents.
