ATV DIN 18340 "Dry lining and partitioning work" has been kept at the status of the April 2010 edition by the German Committee for construction contract procedures (DVA). Only the reference to the VOB/A has been updated in clause 0. It applies for space-creating components for expansion manufactured in dry construction. It covers in particular the manufacture of open and closed cladding and suspended ceilings, claddings, dry plaster and facing formwork, fire protection claddings, partitions, prefabricated and system walls, precast screeds, dry screeds and system floors as well as the mounting of frames, doors and other assembly parts in the aforementioned constructions.
This document replaces DIN 18340:2010-04 .
