This European Standard (EN 13146-1:2012+A1:2014) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 256 "Railway applications", the secretariat of which is held by DIN. The responsible German committee is Subcommittee NA 087-00-01-04 UA "Schienenbefestigungssysteme" ("Fastening systems") of the DIN Standards Committee Railway (FSF). With respect to DIN EN 13146-1:2012-06, the following changes have been made: a) In 5.1 "Rail" reference is made to the amended Subclause 6.1 for the length of the test specimen and the condition of the rail for testing is specified. c) In 6.1 "Sleeper or other rail support" the requirements for embedded rails in a channel in a concrete block and rails mechanically attached to the surface were specified. Furthermore, the length of the test specimen is specified.
This document replaces DIN EN 13146-1:2012-06 .
