In the second part of the German main title, the term "ground-based" has not been appropriately translated using the word "erdgebundene" and shall be replaced by "bodengestützte". The responsible Committee is K 731 "Funktechnik" ("Radio technology") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
