The CENELEC foreword has been changed: there is not the date of withdrawal. Furthermore a national corrigendum to 6.1.2.9. The responsible Committee is K 514 "Elektrowerkzeuge" ("Electric tools") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
