This standard specifies a standard procedure for assessing and modifying the performance of solids control equipment systems used in the field of petroleum and natural gas drilling fluids processing. German Working Group NA 109-00-01-03 AK "Bohrspülung und Zemente - Spiegelausschuss zu ISO/TC 67/SC 3" ("Drilling and completion fluids, and well cements - Mirror Committee of ISO/TC 67/SC 3") of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Industries Standards Committee (NÖG) of DIN, the German Institute for Standardization, has collaborated in the preparation of this standard.
This document replaces DIN EN ISO 13501:2007-02 .
