This standard specifies those documents the requirements of which shall be met for claiming conformity with the quality requirements of DIN EN ISO 3834-2, DIN EN ISO 3834-3 or DIN EN ISO 3834-4. It can only be used in conjunction with DIN EN ISO 3834-2, DIN EN ISO 3834-3 or DIN EN ISO 3834-4. The following modifications have been made with respect to the previous 2005 edition: a) subclause 2.1 b) contains more detailed information on equivalent standards; b) normative references have been updated; c) 2.4 "Certificate" has been added. The responsible German committee is DIN/DVS Joint Committee NA 092-00-04 AA "Qualitätssicherung beim Schweißen" (DVS AG Q 2) ("Quality assurance of welding (DVS AG Q 2)") of the NAS at DIN.
