VG 95820:2016-05

This standard has been prepared by standardization committee NA 140-00-22 AA "Technische Dokumente und Maschinenelemente (NABw TD/Ma)" ("Technical documents and machine elements (NABw TD/Ma") of DIN Standards Committee Electrical Engineering (NE). The standard is a procedural standard for the field of defense technology standardization. Civilian standards are also used in the field of defense technology. If it is not possible to take defense requirements into account in civil standards, then defense standards (VG) are issued. VG 95820 specifies the general requirements and the procedure for the preparation, issuance and withdrawal of VG standards. For the field of defense technology, it supplements the specifications of the standards of the DIN 820 series and defines the special features required for VG standardization. DIN EN 16341 applies to the selection and application of standards and other regulations for the development, manufacture and repair of products used in defense technology. This standard does not apply to the design of technical delivery conditions (TL) of the Bundesamt für Ausrüstung, Informationstechnik und Nutzung der Bundeswehr (German Federal Office of Bundeswehr Equipment, Information Technology and In-Service Support) (BAAINBw). These belong to another set of rules and are designed according to TLA-0100.
