Overview

This Technical Specification is the first part in a set of two that together specify Secure Monitoring for Autonomous Toll Systems. This part "Secure Monitoring - Compliance Checking" specifies the transactions between road side equipment (RSE) of the Toll Charger (TC) over DSRC as well as transactions between the Toll Charger's and the Toll Service Provider's back end systems, for the purpose of Secure Monitoring. This Technical Specification provides Toll Service Providers with means to check the consistency of the Charge Reports.
