The purpose of this guideline is to set out rules for exchanging product data as part of the Building Services' computer-based planning process for the solar collectors product range in systems that are factory made in accordance with DIN EN 12975 ff. "Thermal solar systems and components -Collectors" and DIN EN 12976 ff. "Thermal solar systems and components - Factory-made systems", and in solar heating systems that are custom built in accordance with DIN V ENV 12977 ff. "Thermal solar systems and their components - Custom built systems", and on the basis of guideline VDI 3805 Part 1.
