Short description
The standard defines a uniform procedure for the application of gas cameras and supplementary measurement methods for the detection of leaks at biogas plants. The procedure is suitable for the detection of leaks on the outside and inside and can be applied to all gas-bearing components that are freely accessible or visible. The method is only applicable to plant components under positive pressure. The standrad describes the measurement principles, the required instrumentation, the execution of the measurements, the limits of the respective measurement method, and the documentation for the evaluation of the measurement results. Furthermore, process parameters and minimum requirements for the instrumentation are specified.
