Overview

This standard has been prepared by Working Committee NA 003-02-02 AA "Armaturen für die Trinkwasserinstallation in Gebäuden" ("Valves for potable water supply in buildings"). It has been included as technical rule into the DVGW code of practice of Deutscher Verein des Gas- und Wasserfachs e. V. (German Technical and Scientific Association for Gas and Water). This standard applies to angle service valves with and without HD anti vacuum valve according to DIN EN 15096 with screwed hose connection. It does not apply to angle service valves according to DIN EN 200. The aim of the standard is - to specify requirements for dimensions, materials and marking of angle service valves with hose connections and their mechanical, hydraulic behaviour; - to specify tests which allow testing of the requirements.
