The document deals predominantly with the thermal factors which, when weight up with other variables, provide additional information which is significant for planning. In contrast to the air quality factors and the variables of "odor" and "noise" which may have pollutant effect, there is still no standardization evaluation method or recommendation applicable to the thermal factors.
